NRT seeks anAccounts Payable Supervisorto manage a team of AP Processors in the daily functions of a multi-entity AP Centralized Center. This role will train and supervise a team in the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. The AP Supervisor will recommend process improvements to increase business efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

The person in this role will be responsible for:

+ Training, coaching mentoring, and supervising a team of AP Processors in the completion of daily assignments
+ Coaching employees and working with leader to manage performance issues
+ Participating in the recruiting and hiring of AP personnel
+ Ensuring invoices and disbursements are processed accurately and timely
+ Ensuring the monthly accounts payable close is completed timely and accurately
+ Ensuring individual metrics are achieved and managed
+ Ensuring team members are properly trained, developed and adhering to protocols
+ Reviewing accounting coding and processing invoices for accuracy
+ Cross-training team members to broaden team knowledge and develop skill sets
+ Suggesting procedures to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
+ Responding to inquiries from personnel or vendors regarding incomplete or outstanding invoices, and ensuring appropriate follow-up and deadlines are met
+ Other tasks as assigned
Required Skills:
+ Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
+ 5+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience
+ 3+ years of supervisory experience
+ Prior experience in a processioning center environment preferred
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
+ Ability to prioritize and delegate assignments to staff members
+ Ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining high integrity, ethical standards and compliance with policies, procedures and internal controls.
+ Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
+ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment
+ Ability to perform well under pressure
+ Computer competency with advanced proficiency with Excel
